Safety

Safety in Tartu, Estonia
What do other Racers need to know in order to be safe? Current safety protocols/precautions in place? Any relevant issues/concerns? Any precautionary suggestions?

People’s Opinions

  1. Accident with the wood burning stove. A racer was trying to get the fire started but apparently there was too much gas on the wood and the fire “poofed”, burning him in the process. In order to prevent this from happening in the future, be smart and aware with fire safety. Always exercise caution and ask contacts/locals how to operate any stove you are not familier with. If you do not have enough information…do not “guess”.

  1. I highly recommend teams going back to these ministry locations. The people are very spirit filled and love to invest into their community. It is a beautiful places that truly understands the Race, so they poor into us as much as we poor into them and their ministry. On a scale of 1 to 4 I would say a 4. It is a strong community that is unashamed of the gospel, and they really understand the beauty of loving unconditionally while building relationships.
